Because you hit a point in your pregnancy you can no longer be on your stomach, your therapist can help you with positioning to help you feel most comfortable. Many times, prenatal massage is done side-lying and using pillows and bolsters for comfort and support. Some therapists do have a special table with a hole to fit the abdomen in, though it may cause strain and discomfort.
